  QualiMET is a complete,
largely automatic testing and monitoring system for all types of
time and location related measurements. The measurements are read
from a database, subjected to various test procedures and written
back in the database as tested values. The operator controls the
test via a graphics user interface, and can intervene when
necessary to make corrections.
In the current version, QualiMET is optimised as a multi-level
Client/ Server application for use with distributed databases.
The nature of the tests to be carried out is also defined in test
formulas in a database table. The test requirements can therefore
be altered in the database table without the need to make changes
to the program.
The development in Java means that the entire application is
independent of the operating system and can therefore be used on
all platforms.
